POLICY PAYMENTS • Remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY. • Deposits go towards your total. • Electronic payments are a $5 fee. (Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App) • Squeeze-in fee of $30 for off days or fully booked days. RESCHEDULING • Only 1 reschedule is allowed using the same deposit. • Must reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to original appointment. LATENESS • You will have 10 min grace period. After 10 min you will be charged a late fee. 1 min= $1. • After 30 min your appointment will be cancelled with immediate forfeiture of your deposit. IMPORTANT INFO • You must come with your hair freshly washed and blown out. • Your hair must be free of product. • No cuts with blunt ends allowed! Cancellation Policy
